Krokmitën

Krokmitën

Krokmitën is an experimental death metal band from Canada. They are, without a doubt, the best death metal band that i discovered. I listened to the album "Alpha-Beta" They have amazing guitars, insane solos and a brutal vocal. They are followed by only 11k people on twitter. It's a shame for humanity. It should be millions.
If you love death metal and want to hear some original songs, you should listen to them.
You can listen to the whole album on http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EJB_COeAIKE&feature=youtu.be https://twitter.com/krokmiten

FromTheBottomWeRise

FTBWR is a deathcore band from Denmark. I listened their song "Just a face" The vocals are killer on this song. It is full of hate and so brutal. I like the tone of the guitars and bass. You can hear everything easily. The bassist Andreas (he's a nice guy) told me that the production is DIY. Thats really amazing, the production is a nice one.
The song hit my face with a brick. You should listen to them.

DFH

DFH

DFH is a metal band from NY,US. I listened their 4 songs, Eternal Suffering, Blood Red Vengeance, Messor Vernula, Forevermore. They are both aggressive and melodic. There are lots of creative metal riffs and long guitar solos. I want to hear more guitar solos from them. They sound so nice and better than so many "big" bands. They deserve to be heard more. If you want to hear great metal songs with melodic sides, you should listen to them. My favorite song is Blood Red Vengeance.

James Van Cleaf

James Van Cleaf

James is the guitarist of the future. He has a futuristic sound and music. I listened his "Energy" work and sounds great. The songs have a technical and djent sound. Guitar solos sound very nice. The recording is a nice one, too. Energy has 3 parts, Potential ( it's like a intro to the album ), Reaction ( the song has a killer solo in the end ) and the longest part : Thermal. I think that Thermal is the best part of the album. Lots of killer solos and a nice guitar tone. The composition of the song is really effective.
James shows that he is a gifted musician. You can see why.

Hate Storm Annihilation

Hate Storm Annihilation

The best death metal band you haven’t heard of..yet. They are a band from Chicago. I don’t want to write so many things about them. Remember what you feel when you first listen to Hate Eternal or Nile. You will feel the same or more.

Imilia

Imilia

Imilia is a nice progressive band from Miami. I am not sure if i should say progressive. Their sound is very original. It doesn’t sound like any other bands that i’ve heard before. I like their new song Mendacity. I like clean&almost brutal vocals both. The intro for the song i like the most. With clean guitars and vocals, it sounds very nice. The song has some electronic sides. They combine it with metal. You should listen to them. https://soundcloud.com/imilia/imilia-mendacity https://twitter.com/Imiliaband

Sean De Burca

Sean De Burca

Sean De Burca is a percussive guitarist. He has great technicality on acoustic guitar. When watching him, you always wonder what he will do next. His fingerstyle is one of the different things that i’ve ever seen on guitar. He has a different vision on playing his guitar. He doesn’t always play technical stuff, his music has a very melodic side. If you wanna hear and see a different kind of guitar playing, you should listen to him.

Despite

Despite

Despite is a metal band from Sweden. First i want to say, their songs has amazing vocal melodies. Brutal vocals and clean vocals meet in their songs. As they say, they are a band similar to Slipknot,Soilwork, Periphery etc. Sometimes the music sounds like Soilwork, sometimes the vocals sounds like Slipknot. But they don’t copy them. They have a character in their songs. All of the songs have amazing recording qualities. They sound so big and nice. Guitar works are very impressive. If you want to hear nice vocals with great quality of recording, you should listen to them.

Sean Ashe

Sean Ashe

Sean is a great guitarist and a musician. When i first watched his covers of Dream Theater and Rush, i was amazed. He is so calm and makes it look easy when playing. Then i listened his song Luminescence. And the song sounds beautiful. The song includes great guitar playing. Composition is very nice, Sean doesn’t keep shredding like so many guitarists, he plays the right thing. The song has so many nice melodies in it and its worth listening.  You should keep an eye on him.

Frozen Sand

Frozen Sand

Frozen Sand is a progressive/alternative band from Italy. I listened “stranger of my heart” from their Ep Shelved Ambition. The song has nice vocal melodies and a nice melodic guitar solo in the middle of the song. The recording has a nice balance, you can hear bass lines and drum parts easily. Espically, the bass solo gives the song a jazzy tüne and makes the song more progressive. You can hear the song, http://www.youtube.com/user/frozensandband its worth a listening. You can follow the band https://twitter.com/FrozenSandBand
